Commercial Exterior Lighting In Orlando.
Lot, Walls, And Storefront, Lit.
A dark parking lot tells customers the plaza is closed. A lit one tells them where to park, which door is yours, and that somebody is paying attention. We do the lighting on the outside of commercial buildings across Orlando and Central Florida. Pole lights, flood lights, wall packs, storefront LED, and the timers and photocells that run them.
LED OUTLET installs, repairs, and retrofits exterior lighting with our own bucket truck and UL Listed fixtures stocked at our shop on Kirkman Rd. Every lot is different, so we come look before we price anything.
What We Install And Fix.
Exterior lighting is a handful of fixture types doing different jobs. Most properties need two or three of them working together.
Parking lot pole lights.
The big ones on the poles. We replace old HID and metal halide heads with LED, repair the ones that are out, and rewire poles that have gone dead at the base. If the existing housing is the right size and in good shape, we can retrofit the inside to LED and keep the housing. If it isn't, a new LED head goes on. It depends on the fixture, which is why we look first.
Bullhorns and pole brackets.
The bracket on top of the pole that holds one, two, or four heads. We replace bent and rusted bullhorns, add heads to a pole that only has one, and match the bracket to the fixture so it sits right.
Flood lights on the building.
You don't always need a pole. A flood light mounted on the building, aimed at the lot, lights the same ground off a structure you already own. No trenching, no pole, no base. We mount, aim, and wire them.
Wall packs.
The fixtures on the wall by the doors, the dumpster, the back of the building. LED wall packs replace the old ones one for one.
Storefront and window LED.
LED strips along the windows and the roofline. It's lighting and it's marketing. The storefront reads from the road at night, and with RGB you can run any color, match the brand, or change it for a holiday. It makes the property look sharp, and a brighter front is easier to see from the street.
Timers and photocells.
The lights don't come on, or they stay on all day. Usually the photocell or the timer, not the fixture. We replace and set them so the lot comes on at dusk and off at dawn without anyone touching it.
What We Fix.
- Poles that are out or flickering
- Half the lot dark, the other half fine
- HID heads that take minutes to warm up
- Lights on all day, off all night
- Bent, rusted, or missing bullhorns
- Dead poles with a wiring fault at the base
- Dark corners, dumpster areas, and back doors
- A storefront that disappears after dark
A dark pole is not always a dead fixture. Photocells, timers, breakers, and wiring at the base cause more outages than the lights do. We check the whole run before we replace anything.
How The Repair Goes.
- 1.Request a quote on this page. Tell us the property and what's dark. We reach out the same day.
- 2.We come look at the site. Daytime for the fixtures and the wiring, and we'll come back at night if we need to see what the lot actually looks like lit.
- 3.You get a straight answer and a price. Retrofit, replace, add, or fix, we tell you which and why for each fixture.
- 4.We do the work from our own bucket truck. Fixtures are stocked at the shop, so most jobs are one trip.
- 5.We check the lot lit at night, and we check the timer so it comes on tomorrow without you.
The Parts We Use.
We don't buy whatever's cheapest on the truck that week.
UL Listed, every part.
Every LED module and power supply we install is UL Listed. That's Underwriters Laboratories, the lab that tests electrical parts for fire and shock safety before they can carry the mark. It's what an inspector looks for and what an insurance adjuster asks about after a problem.
Current generation LED.
We run current generation LED modules, not stock from five years ago. Brighter per watt, better heat handling, longer rated life. The sign stays even and white instead of fading to patches.
Pick your white.
Bright white in the highest kelvin range for a sign that reads from across the lot. Warm white for a restaurant or a storefront that wants a softer look. Full color RGB when the sign needs to change color or match a brand.
Power supplies that last.
Power supplies are where cheap signs die. We install commercial grade, outdoor rated power supplies built for Florida heat, matched to the load of the sign, not the cheapest box that fits.
Hand picked stock.
We have to stand behind every part we put in a sign, so we test brands before they go on the shelf. If a module can't hold up through a Florida summer, it doesn't go on your sign.
We only install what we'd put on our own sign. That's the whole standard.
Retrofit Or Replace.
A retrofit keeps the existing housing and replaces what's inside it with LED. It costs less than a new fixture and keeps the look of the pole. It works when the housing is the right size, in good shape, and built in a way the LED kit fits.
A replacement puts a new LED head on the pole. It costs more and it's the right call when the housing is rusted, cracked, undersized, or just old enough that it's not worth saving.
- LED uses a fraction of the power of HID and metal halide.
- Comes on instantly, no warm up.
- Lasts years, so the truck rolls less.
- Lights the lot evenly, white, without the orange cast.
Which one is right depends on the fixture on the pole, and that's why we don't quote exterior lighting from the office. We see the site, then we tell you.
What Drives The Price.
- How many poles and fixtures.
- Retrofit or replace, per fixture.
- Pole height. Our truck reaches it, so there is no lift rental in the number.
- Whether the wiring or the base needs work.
- Timers, photocells, and controls.
- Storefront LED by the foot, and whether it's white or RGB.
We see the site first, then price it. No charge for the quote.

Why LED OUTLET.
- We own the bucket truck.Sign shops rent a lift for every job and put it on your bill. We don't, so the same repair costs less.
- Repair is what we do.Not fabrication, not banners, not vehicle wraps. A sign shop fixes your sign between building other people's. We fix signs. That's the whole business, so the truck is stocked for it and the crew has done your exact problem a hundred times.
- Supplies in stock.408 N Kirkman Rd, Orlando. Modules, power supplies, wire, the common parts for most signs on the road. Most repairs are one trip.
- Since 2014.Sign repair since 2014. Licensed and insured. 4.7 stars on Google, 77 reviews.
- Lower overhead, one specialty, parts on the shelf. That's why the price is lower and the sign stays fixed.

Questions.
Can You Retrofit My Existing Pole Lights To LED?
If the housing is the right size and in good shape, yes. If not, a new LED head goes on. We tell you which after we look.
Do I Need A New Pole To Add Light?
Not always. A flood light on the building, aimed at the lot, lights the same ground off a structure you already have.
My Lights Stay On All Day. What Is Wrong?
Photocell or timer. Cheap fix, and we set it so it stays fixed.
What Is A Bullhorn?
The bracket on top of the pole that holds the heads. We replace them and add heads to poles that only have one.
Can The Storefront LED Change Color?
Yes. RGB strips run any color, match a brand, or switch for a holiday.
Do You Handle The Wiring At The Pole Base?
Yes. Dead poles are usually a wiring fault at the base, and we fix those.
Do You Service Lighting You Didn't Install?
Yes. Any brand, any installer, any age.
